    The main function of this role is to support the accounts payable department with their daily duties to ensure that supplier and freelance invoices are processed efficiently and supplier queries are responded to in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Code, check and register invoices
    • Registering invoices using IAS
    • Matching Purchase Orders to invoices
    • Liaising with external suppliers/freelancers
    • Liaise and deal with supplier queries
    • Reconcile supplier statements
    • Open new supplier accounts
    • Adhere to timetable
    • Checking the group email inbox
    • Process freelance expenses
    • Running regular chasing reports

    Qualifications

    • Good Telephone Manner
    • Computer literate with knowledge of (word, excel & outlook)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • High data entry skills
    • Experience working with finance systems (desirable)
    • Highly adaptable, high attention to detail and proactive
    • Open and honest communicator with respect for others
    • Effective team player
    • Accountable for own actions as an individual and as part of a team
    • Efficient and effective in a business environment, making improvements where required
