The Head of Development reports to the Director of TV Production and is responsible for the origination and development of new ideas across all genres.
You will be responsible for managing the development team and associated budgets, and for overseeing a diverse and innovative slate.
As a senior member of the TV Production department, you will be a key contact for on and off-screen talent and responsible for implementing our TV Development strategy.
