As ITN’s in-house expert on reward, you will be responsible for the on-going evaluation and improvement of reward strategy, establishing frameworks, policies and processes that are best practice, fit for purpose and meet HR and overall business objectives.
You will play a key part in identifying innovative ways to engage and motivate employees through a fair, transparent and competitive reward framework, and will support key stakeholders on all aspects of reward, compensation and benefits.
The role requires both a strategic approach and a practical ability to manage transactional processes.
The role of Benefits Specialist is responsible for maintaining the benefits data held at ITN and managing the relationships with the benefits providers. They will be jointly responsible, alongside the Head of Reward, for keeping up-to-date with benefits regulatory changes and best-practise, as well as ensuring the accurate and seamless flow of data between ITN and the external providers of benefits.
To find and produce stories of interest and distinction, working specifically with the Health Editor and Science Correspondent. To newsgather and produce high quality packages and live reports, focusing particularly on exclusive and distinctive stories in line with the broader ITV News agenda.

As a member of the archive cataloguing team you will service ITN across ITV News, Channel 4 News and Productions as well as our external client Getty Images. by processing and delivering digital picture content to the highest standards. Cataloguing a variety of content types (bulletin, legacy & rushes) by assigning metadata following standardised processes and applying appropriate rights and restrictions to ensure archival integrity.
